Baby Shower Gift

I just finished a baby shower gift for tomorrow with the help of my husband! I made two baby onesies with the child's initials and a tie. I cut out the initials using my Cricut.

I had to make a run to Hobby Lobby to find fusible webbing. I also made a snuggle blankie using Minky and two pee pee tee pees. I wouldn't know about these; however I've heard they are useful.

I couldn't find a baby gift bag so I decided to sew one. I sewed a bag that velcros on each side. This is a multi purpose bag - carry your diapers and wipes to the bathroom and unvelcro to lay the baby on when changing. This idea came to me halfway through the process of making it so next time I will make the bag a little larger.

To Do List

I have a to do list a mile long and hope to begin again this weekend. I finally finished my daughter's room (pictures to come soon) and still working on my laundry room. I also have two baby shower gifts to make...all these ideas in my head just need to get them done. I will have pictures up soon!

Laundry Holder

The updating on my laundry room is now underway. I completed the hanging laundry baskets today and I love it! Also finished the curtains for the foster children's room. They are so cute! I will post pictures soon.

UPS Delivery

UPS came today! The children enjoy watching for the big brown truck and so do I! They delivered a package...

Amy Butler fabric! Hopefully by the end of the weekend this will all be in my laundry room.

Star Pancakes

Since we had a 2 hour delay this morning, we had pancakes! I had seen in a magazine how to use cookie cutters to make shape pancakes. You place a cookie cutter in the pan and pour the batter inside. Then you remove the cookie cutter, turn over the pancakes, cook the other side and EAT!
